Increase the confidence and abilities of all participants to the highest possible standard through training opportunities.

To work collaboratively on projects sourced from within the community.
To liaise with local youth and community groups to establish integrated film projects consistent with educational and community based activities.
To develop a programme of training and learning opportunities that develop film making skills in order to enhance the quality of finished work.
NEW AUDIENCES
To develop a network of venues where independent film-makers can screen work.
To establish the capacity to offer a screening service.
PRODUCTION
To build relationships with other production companies to production support services within the area and develop skills and infrastructure to meet requirements.
To compile a database of individuals and their services from the area and to make this database available to potential markets and other individuals.
To continue to develop members skills in order to deliver film products to the mainstream industry.
